VARNA, Bulgaria (Aug. 27, 2018) Civil Service Mariner Teravonic Richards stands watch aboard the Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport ship USNS Carson City (T-EPF 7) as the ship arrives in Varna, Bulgaria.
