Navy Recruit Graduation: Dec. 4, 2015

GREAT LAKES, Ill. (Nov. 1, 2013) -- Royal Australian Navy Commodore Steve R. W. McDowell, Royal Australian Naval (RAN) Attache, speaks to recruits, staff and family members at the weekly Pass-in-Review (PIR) graduation in the USS Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall on board Recruit Training Command (RTC), the NavyÕs only boot camp, here Nov. 1 McDowell, visiting RTC for the first, toured the commandÕs training facilities, talked with staff members and recruits and was the reviewing officer at the PIR.
