Department of the Navy Leadership Testify about Fiscal Year 2020 Budget Request

Secretary of the Navy Richard V. Spencer, Chief of Naval Operations Adm. John Richardson and Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. Robert Neller will testify before the House Armed Services Committee, April 10, about the Department of the Navy’s Fiscal Year 2020 budget request.

Spencer, Richardson and Neller testified on the previous day about the topic before the Senate Committee on Armed Services.
