Welcome to Navy Live coverage of the opening remarks of the 21st International Seapower Symposium, the oldest and largest international maritime forum in the world that brings together heads of navies to enhance maritime security and collaborative operations.

The symposium is hosted by Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan Greenert.
