2016 International Seapower Symposium

NEWPORT, R.I. (Sept. 21, 2016) Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. John Richardson delivers opening remarks during the 22nd International Seapower Symposium (ISS) at U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. More than 180 senior officers and civilians from more than 110 countries including many of the senior-most officers from those countries' navies and coast guards, are attending the biennial event September 20-23.
