Builder 2nd Class Felicia Roddey, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 15, deconstructs a sea hut during a final evaluation problem (FEP) before deployment. FEP is used to train and evaluate Seabees on various scenarios they may face.
